Placement Testing and Periodic Assessments
1. Before classes begin, the student takes a placement test which
measures reading, writing, listening comprehension, and
grammatical competency.
2. A teacher consults with the student to determine his or
her language goals and develops a personalized curriculum.
3. The proper textbooks and CDs
are chosen for the student.
4. Classes commence.
5. Periodic in-class
testing provides feedback of the student's
performance.
